    I guarantee that all payments will be made to MATTER on time.

    I agree to abide by all guidelines set forth by MATTER.

    I agree to communicate any changes of the status of my trip with MATTER.

    I agree to work with MATTER in all training logistics including pre- and post-field meetings.

    Liability Release
    I hereby release MATTER and their agents, employees, and volunteer assistants from any liability whatsoever arising out of any sickness, injury, damage, or loss which I might sustain arising out of my involvement with MATTER and/or any MATTER activity, involving my participation in a MATTER Trip. In case of an emergency, I hereby authorize MATTER and/or my group leadership to act on my behalf, including giving consent for any medical treatment the attending physician deems to be necessary. I further authorize MATTER to use photos and/or video that may pertain to me—including my image, likeness, and/or voice—without compensation and with or without mention of my name for any lawful purpose.

    My parent(s)/guardian(s) give(s) permission for me to be involved in a MATTER trip. My parent(s)/guardian(s) hereby release(s) MATTER and their agents, employees, and volunteer assistants from any liability whatsoever arising out of any sickness, injury, damage, or loss which I might sustain arising out of my involvement with MATTER and/or any MATTER activity, involving my participation in a MATTER Trip.     Cancellation Policy
    MATTER reserves the right to cancel your trip. In the event that you or MATTER cancels a trip, payments can go toward the cost of a future trip but payments cannot be refunded.
