With over a decade of service at MATTER, Victor has embraced countless opportunities to serve others and support communities. His experience in the restaurant industry—including roles at Famous Dave’s, restaurant ownership, and development leadership—has equipped him with the skills to drive organizational growth and impact.
Serving others comes naturally to Victor. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with good friends, great food and drinks, and engaging in meaningful conversations.
