VP of Operations
Sean serves as the VP of Operations at MATTER. Before coming to MATTER, Sean was a police officer for the city of Crystal and as well as a part-time CrossFit coach. His desire to continue giving back to the community led him to MATTER. Sean and his wife of 15 years, Lisa, have a son and two dogs. He enjoys staying active by going to the gym, mountain biking, and doing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as much as possible.
