Director of Finance
Roberto serves as the Director of Finance at MATTER, bringing clarity to the organization’s finances while overseeing controls and processes. With nearly eight years at MATTER, Roberto transitioned from a nursing background into finance, combining analytical skills with a passion for making an impact. Roberto is a graduate of Bethel College with a degree in Accounting and Finance. Outside of work, he plays in a band and occasionally takes the stage to perform.
