As CEO, Quenton Marty leads MATTER’s strategic vision, ensuring that its mission and values are embedded in every initiative. He oversees global projects, mission-critical partnerships, and social enterprise ventures, working closely with the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors to drive growth and innovation.
Quenton possesses extensive experience in the field of international development and microfinance, having developed a funding strategy for HOPE International, led microfinance in Ukraine, and ran a small business in Poland. Quenton holds an MBA with a concentration in International Finance and has traveled to over thirty countries.
