Executive Assistant & Engagement Manager
Claire Newcom works on the Development and Engagement teams at MATTER, providing companies with opportunities to support their employees’ volunteer efforts through Volunteer Kits and Events. She also collaborates with partners locally and nationwide to distribute MATTERbox Kits, making a meaningful impact in communities.
Before joining MATTER, Claire was a small business owner, running a pet-sitting company in the Twin Cities. With over a decade of business experience, she honed her entrepreneurial and administrative skills to grow a successful local business. Outside of work, Claire loves to travel and aims to visit all seven continents. She also enjoys reading, horseback riding, and hiking with her family and two goldendoodles.
