Brian has been involved with MATTER since its founding, initially as a past corporate funder and board member, and as part of the team since 2018. He possesses an extensive professional background in research, evaluation, data analysis, and communications, and is the co-author of Feedback Rules!. Currently, Brian provides expertise to MATTER by leading organizational insights activities through stakeholder feedback, project evaluations, volunteer insights, and staff assessments. Brian also plays a significant role on the communication team, building visibility for MATTER through search engine optimization (SEO), SEM/PPC, content marketing, public relations, social media, and website communications. Brian holds Insights Professional Certification (IPC) from the Insights Association, and earned his MA in Communications Studies from the University of Minnesota.
