These leadership changes position MATTER for continued success in their mission of helping people start projects that improve communities.
Quenton Marty – Chief Executive Officer
As CEO, Quenton Marty leads MATTER’s strategic vision, ensuring that its mission and values are embedded in every initiative. He oversees global projects, mission-critical partnerships, and social enterprise ventures, working closely with the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors to drive growth and innovation.
Tami Hedrick – President, U.S. Operations & Chief Engagement Officer
In her new role, Tami Hedrick oversees MATTER’s U.S. programs, including MATTER 360 and MATTERbox operations, ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable impact. She also leads revenue generation efforts, corporate partnerships, and community engagement initiatives to expand MATTER’s reach and scalability.
Jeremy Newhouse – President, Africa Operations & Chief Financial Officer
Jeremy Newhouse oversees MATTER’s Africa initiatives and office, managing education and community development projects, and strengthening in-country partnerships. Jeremy also provides financial oversight and sets the overall financial strategy for MATTER, ensuring sustainability and long-term growth.
Angie Dammeier – Chief Administrative & HR Officer
Angie Dammeier leads MATTER’s administrative and human resources functions, fostering a positive and high-performing culture. She oversees compliance, employee engagement, operations, and special projects, ensuring MATTER’s long-term operational efficiency and effectiveness.
